Trish has many years’ experience in the property leasing industry.

Her passion is property staging and styling, having experience in renovating many properties, turning them from tired and out-of-date properties into beautiful family homes.

She would love to pass that experience onto you, turning your property into a home you would love to live in.

As well as specialising in property staging, with Trish’s wealth of experience, she oversees the day-to-day operations of EPIC Property Services and will be your main point of contact.
Chantelle
A director of EPIC, Chantelle has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business.
Having worked in property for several years, Chantelle has a passion for everything property and will be able to help and support you with all services provided.
Dagmara
Looking after our client’s property investments, Dagmara specialises in Inventories and End of Tenancy checks, giving protection to all parties including Landlords, Letting agents and Tenants.
Moriom
Moriom specialises in carry out mid-term inspections, a standard procedure to ensure Landlords that their property is being looked after by their tenants and allows a proactive approach in identifying any maintenance required at a property.
